Construction Updates: August

Rain or shine, construction never stops as we continue to develop our residential subdivisions in Camaya Coast Station 1 and 2! 

A lot of exciting projects are happening in Camaya Coast - additional resort amenities and facilities, mall, airport and a lot more! But we also make it a priority to develop our residential subdivisions so that our property owners can already start building their homes in Camaya.

STATION 1
Our signature 9-hole golf course was designed with the natural layout of the terrain integrating the view of the sea and the mountains making it a challenging course for any golfer.

One of our priorities is making living in Camaya Coast convenient and simple. All your basic necessities will soon be a few steps away from your home once Golf Town Camaya (GTC) is completed. The first facility being developed within GTC is the Golf Villas, a 3-storey residential and commercial building. 

Near the beach is BMALL, another exciting development which will soon offer more food and shopping options for Camaya Coast's resort guests and residents. 

Camaya PAD is an airport development project located in Camaya Coast, an annexed area of the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB). With a 1 kilometer runway, Camaya PAD will soon be a premier gateway and regional hub connecting Camaya Coast and the province of Bataan to local and soon, international destinations.

STATION 2

Camaya Coast Station 2 in Bagac, Bataan is a prime investment as it doesn't only offer scenic views but will also have commercial facilities around our subdivisions for the enjoyment and convenience of our residents.  

Waterpark, Golf Course, Restaurants, Shops are just some of the facilities and amenities in the pipeline as we will be dining in the mountains while enjoying the cool breeze at Camaya Sky.
