REFER-A-FRIEND (RAF)
It’s a incentive exclusive to you as a lot owner here wherein if meron pa remaining balance on your account,whenever you refer a friend or should you buy 2 or more lots, you can get a 3% credit to your account, as it is applied on your last monthly amortizations.
MEMBERSHIP & PRIVILEGE ACTIVATION FEES
Please see below for HOA Membership for property owners with details as follows:
1. Camaya HOA membership can be activated by paying the following:
a. HOA Membership Fee P5,000 (one-time fee)
b. Monthly Association Dues – Php 10.00 per no. of sqm.
2. Homeowner can share his/her perks and privileges with his/her first degree dependents:
a. If Homeowner is Married, dependents are legal Spouse and Children
b. If Homeowner is Single, dependents are Parents
3. Homeowner and declared dependents will enjoy the Daily Free Access to the resort.
We have also our one time Privilege Activation (20k) for commercial access for owner’s guest and other relatives. You may refer below.
Please be advised also that we will start collecting the Facility Maintenance Fee (FMF) for those who availed the Privilege Activation (paid 20,000).
Facility Maintenance Fee (FMF) is a monthly assessment being charged to homeowners for the basic maintenance cost of the resort while using the availed vouchers of the resort perks & privileges. To maintain the cleanliness & safety of the resort amenities & facilities.
In connection with this, the FMF must be paid to replenish the vouchers yearly.
